Here's how it works:
- Once you have selected the items you want to purchase
from the jewelry, sculpture or housewares sections, you are
ready to place your order.
- Call, 1 (610) 864-0614, for more information
or to make a purchase. Or send an e-mail message to Hratch.
You will be asked to provide your billing address as well as
the shipping address for any gift recipients. Please also
include the item name and any additional information, such
as metal choices in your correspondence.
- A final summary and confirmation of your order will be
emailed to you, or your order will be confirmed over the
phone and an invoice will be sent to you in the mail.
You may also request a custom made piece. For special
orders you need to send a 50% deposit* and once the work is
completed, send the second 50% before the work is shipped.
For all wholesale and business accounts, the first order
will be pre-paid or shipped C.O.D.
*Deposits are to buy supplies and get the work started,
and are not refundable.
Please Note: These pieces are handmade and variations
from piece to piece are inevitable.
